The start-up “BEDEV Bioengeneering Development” hosted by Friuli Innovazione

On 11th November 2021 Friuli Innovazione will host the Portuguese start-up “BEDEV Bioengeneering Development” – winner of the Bio-All Hackathon with the “ParaHealth” project – which was awarded the opportunity to develop its project thanks to the support of Friuli Innovazione and of the University of Granada.

Bedev, established at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, focuses its business on the development of biomedical devices, also exploiting additive technology, and smartphone applications. During the meeting, the Portuguese startup will have the opportunity to deepen its knowledge of Friuli Innovazione and the lessons learned from European projects and, in particular, the servitization model. Ennio Tasciotti – member of the Friuli Innovazione Board of Directors and expert in the Bio-Health sector – will meet and mentor Gonçalo Fonseca and Dolores Gama. During the day there will be networking meetings with SMEs and startups of the Friuli Innovazione Community: with Check-up Srl – represented by the founder Michele Carlet and the R&D Manager Marco Barp, with Paolo Omero founder of InfoFactory, with Fabrizio Manzino founder of CyNexo Srl and with Angela Dosso, Manager of the Life Sciences Cluster of Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia. A visit to the FVG Additive Laboratory will follow.
